Montego Bay

1.5 oz Smith & Cross Rum
0.75 oz Sirop (or Honey Syrup)
0.5 oz Lime Juice
0.5 oz Grapefruit Juice
0.25 oz Allspice Dram
1 dash Absinthe
2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Shake all ingredients with ice, and pour unstrained into your glass of choice. Top with more crushed ice, or pellet ice if you have it (e.g. from Taco Time or Sonic). Alternatively, you can throw things in a blender for a few seconds.

The Montego Bay is a classic tiki drink, and this version ups the spiciness by using Smith & Cross and adding a bit extra allspice. A few different websites comment that this drink seems like it was made for Smith & Cross, and there's no disputing it.
