Bitter Mai Tai

Ingredients:
1.5 oz Campari
1 oz Lime juice
0.75 oz Jamaican Rum (Smith & Cross or Hamilton Pot Still Black are great)
0.75 oz Orgeat
0.5 oz Orange Curaçao (Pierre Ferrand Dry Orange Curaçao, if available)

Directions:
Shake all ingredients and serve over crushed ice. Garnish with a mint sprig (or not, as shown above).
