Bywater
Ingredients:
1.75 oz Aged Rum (e.g. El Dorado 12-year)
0.75 oz Averna
0.5 oz Green Chartreuse
0.25 oz Falernum
2 dashes Orange Bitters
Directions:
Stir all ingredients over ice. Twist orange peel over drink, discard, and garnish with cherry.
Notes:
Nice sipper that has good complexity. Rum and Chartreuse and Averna play quite well together. How could they not?
