The Undead Gentleman

Ingredients:
1.5 oz Aged Jamaican Rum
1 oz Lemon Hart 151 Rum
0.5 oz Lime Juice
0.5 oz Grapefruit Juice
0.5 oz Falernum
0.5 oz Cinnamon Syrup
1 dash Angostura Bitters
Absinthe

Directions: 
Shake all ingredients and double strain into chilled cocktail or coupe glass that has been rinsed with Absinthe. Garnish with lime & grapefruit twists, twisted together.

Notes:
Good combo of flavors and nicely potent as any zombie riff should be. You definitely notice the full ounce of Lemon Hart 151. Lemon Hart availability comes and goes. If it's not available, then sub Hamilton's 151 Demerara Rum. Also, I didn't have any aged Jamaican rum, so I substituted with 0.5 oz Smith & Cross (Jamaican, but young) and 1 oz 12-year El Dorado (aged, but not Jamaican).
