Three Dots & A Dash

1 oz Rum (El Dorado 12 Year works well here)
1 oz Rhum agricole (e.g. Neisson Rhum Agricole Blanc)
1 oz Lime juice
0.5 oz Orange Curaçao (Pierre Ferrand Dry Orange Curaçao, if available)
0.5 oz Falernum
0.5 oz Martinique Sirop (or 2:1 simple syrup)
0.25 oz Allspice dram (e.g. St Elizabeth Allspice Dram)
3 dashes Angostura bitters (don't skimp on this)

Shake all ingredients and serve over crushed ice. Garnish with three brandied cherries (dots) & a pineapple spear (dash) if available. Or go incognito without garnish, as shown above.
